• Consultation, treatment and relevant health information needed to assess suitability and provide services safely.
• Booking and transaction information supplied by an appointment or payment provider. This website does not directly store payment-card details.
• Limited technical information, such as server and security logs, needed to operate and protect the website.

Why we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange and manage appointments, assess treatment suitability, provide requested services, maintain appropriate records, meet legal and professional obligations, resolve concerns and keep the website secure. Our lawful bases may include taking steps before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests and consent where required. Health information receives additional protection and is used only where a lawful condition for that information applies.

Who may receive it

Information may be shared only where necessary with booking, communications, payment, IT and secure hosting providers; professional advisers and insurers; or regulators and authorities where the law requires it. Treatwell and other external services also process information under their own privacy notices.

Retention and international processing

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected and to satisfy applicable clinical, insurance, tax, legal and dispute-handling requirements. Where a service provider processes information outside the UK, we require an appropriate lawful safeguard or another permitted transfer mechanism.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your information, object to certain use, or withdraw consent. This public website is designed without advertising or analytics cookies. Its hosting infrastructure may use technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver and secure the service. These cannot be switched off without affecting the website’s operation.

Booking, WhatsApp, maps, email and social links take you to external services. Those services may set their own cookies after you follow a link and are governed by their own notices. If optional analytics, advertising or similar technologies are introduced here in future, this notice will be updated and consent will be requested before they are activated where required.

Booking & cancellation terms

Before confirming an appointment.

• Online appointments are currently completed through Treatwell. Please review the selected service, practitioner, date, price, payment terms and applicable platform terms before confirming.
• An appointment is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from the booking provider or clinic. Prices are shown in pounds sterling; any applicable taxes, deposits or additional charges will be identified before payment.
• The cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show and deposit conditions presented during booking and in your confirmation apply to that appointment. Please contact the clinic promptly on WhatsApp if plans change.
• Every treatment is subject to consultation, informed consent, suitability and any required patch test. The clinic may decline, adapt or postpone a treatment where this is appropriate for safety.
• Treatment responses vary between individuals. No particular result can be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
